How long does an on-site visit take?
Most visits take 1 to 2 hours depending on the issue. We schedule a specific appointment time — no four-hour windows. We arrive when we say we will.
Can you set up a new computer or transfer data from an old one?
Yes. We configure your new PC or Mac just the way you like it, move over your files, photos, email, and programs, and make sure everything works before we leave.
Do you help with home networks and Wi-Fi?
Yes. We set up and troubleshoot home and small business networks including Wi-Fi routers, range extenders, and network security. If your internet is slow or dropping, we can diagnose and fix it on-site.
