Do I need to drop off my computer?
No. Comp-u-Doc comes to your home or office at your convenience. You never need to pack up your computer or drive anywhere.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve all of Rhode Island communities. Remote support is available nationwide.
Do you offer remote support?
Yes. Many issues can be resolved remotely without an on-site visit. Visit our Remote Support page to connect with a technician online.
How much does a service call cost?

Do you work on Macs as well as PCs?
We primarily support Windows PCs and laptops. We can assist with software, setup, and network issues on Macs, and will refer hardware Mac repairs to a specialist.
Are you Registered and Insured?
Yes. Comp-u-Doc is fully registered and insured in Rhode Island. You can trust us in your home or office.
How quickly can you come out?

Can you help transfer data to a new computer?
Yes data transfer from an old computer to a new one is one of our most common services. We back up your files and set up the new machine.
Do you help with Wi-Fi and home networks?
Yes. We set up and troubleshoot home and small business networks, routers, Wi-Fi connections, and network security.

How do I fix a slow computer without buying a new one?
In most cases you don’t need a new computer a professional tune-up can make it feel like new again.
